This weekend I have been out showing homes with clients who are from out of town,
We have been in 20+ homes and with the inventory that is available in the Charlottesville Real Estate market that is not out of the question.
Today I was in an afternoon meeting and my phone was on vibrate.
I received 4 voicemails from agents asking for feedback on showings from the weekend.
Well I totally understand that agents want feedback and (if it is approved with my clients) I am more than happy to give feedback.
But these 4 calls are made during the busy part of the day and we end up playing phone-tag and in the end no one is really happy,
I also go 3 emails asking about showings so when it was convenient I was able send these agents feedback and not just something "rushed during a phone conversation".
It just makes a lot of sense for agents who want feedback to use email.... This is my opinion.
