JUST LISTED over 100 DAYS AGO!!!

Being a bit of a computer geek I often look on the web at others sites and see things that are not accurate (actually sometimes mis-leading).

Today I was looking at a local agents site and the listing said "Just Listed" as the status.

Well I have seen this home on the market awhile so I thought I would look in the MLS. The history in the MLS says that it has been on the market over 100 days!

Just Listed = 100+ days?

I do not think so....

Now this agent may just not be on top of things (very likely the case) but if you have information out there, as a professional, it seems that it is your responsibility to be sure the information is accurate...

I have been using iGoogle for about 10 months now and I really like using it! It is easy to set up and give me a great homepage with a nice clock, date, calendar, email access and all kinds of stuff (google calls it gadgets).

 My wife likes the gadget "Things to Ponder" but I like the "Fitness Tip of the Day" and the "Quotes of the Day"

You may notice a couple of things. First of all GOOGLE SEARCH is still right at the top.

Also I have the weather and even the moon phases (by the way there is a lunar eclipse tonight)

Also you can add tabs for other people or just for other categories like a Home Search Page or even a hobby.

The best thing is I never use (or rarely) Bookmarks/Favorites anymore. The sites that I frequent have links right on my desktop!

His name is Faith!

This dog was born on Christmas Eve in 2002.  He was born with 3 legs - 2 healthy hind legs and 1 abnormal  front leg which need to be amputated.  He of course could not walk when he was born.  Even his mother did not want him. 


His first owner also did not think that he could survive.  Therefore, he was thinking of putting him to sleep.  At this time,  his present owner Jude Stringfellow met him and wanted to take care of  him.  She was determined to teach and train this dog to walk by  himself.  Therefore she named him "Faith."

In the beginning, she put Faith on a surf board to let him feel the movements of the water.  Later she used peanut butter on a spoon as a lure and to reward  him for standing up and jumping around.  Even the other dogs at home helped to encourage him to walk.  Amazingly, after only 6 months, like a  miracle, Faith learned to balance on his 2 hind legs and jumped to move  forward.  After further training in the snow, he can now walk like a  human being.

Faith loves to walk around now.  No matter where he goes, he just  attracts all the people around him.  He is now becoming famous on the  international scene.  He has appeared in various newspapers and TV  shows.  There is even one book entitled "With a little faith"  being published about him.  He was even considered to appear in one of  Harry Potter movies.

In life there are always undesirable things. Perhaps one will feel  better if one changes the point of view from another direction.

I hope this message will bring fresh new ways of thinking to everyone and that everyone can appreciate and be thankful for each beautiful day that follows.

Life is the continual demonstration of the  Strength of Life!!

Goods News You Don't Hear

• Corporate cash flows are their strongest in 25 years.
• Interest rates are low (below the average 7.1-% over the last 8 years).
• US home prices are down to 5.7 times per capital income (October 2005 was 7.3).
• Measures that took Japan 10 years to implement to fix their financial problems, has taken us 90-days.
• Money from overseas is flowing into the US Treasuries (we are the world's engine).
• Existing home sales highest in a year (up 5.5% August to September).
• New home sales up 2.7%.
• Inventory of unsold home fell 7.3% (biggest drop in 4 years).
• The dollar is strong again.
• Oil prices are dropping (almost $20 less than 60-days ago).
• There are more TV segments on where to make $$ in real estate.
