Keeping things in perspective is so important when looking at market data. I was out with a client this last week who was asking how are sales vs last year. So I decided to look at the last 3 months of sales and add in June of last year.
Under Contract: Note we are seeing less as the season (Spring to Summer) tightens. We are still off of a year ago.
Sold: We are rising but still not at the level of a year ago.
DOM: We are very close to a year ago... This is a good thing.

Charles. I like your market stats. Good to see the sales are getting somewhat better in June, even though it is not much.
Stable is good in this market
Very telling statistics. I would guess we are very similar. Our days on the market seem to be getting shorter.
